All anonymous, read-only GETs — send no `Authorization` header:

- https://publica.la/api/v1/site/overview — what publica.la is, when to use it,
  and every machine entry point. Start here.
- https://publica.la/api/v1/site/pricing — the plans, in USD.
- https://publica.la/api/v1/site/posts — published blog posts (`?q=`,
  `?category=`, `?limit=`, `?locale=`).
- https://publica.la/api/v1/site/posts/{slug} — one post, body included.
- https://publica.la/api/v1/site/changelog — what shipped, newest month first.

The MCP server (https://publica.la/mcp) and the A2A endpoint
(https://publica.la/api/a2a) answer the same questions, also with no credential.

## Rate limits

Pace to 100 requests per minute per IP — the edge in front of this site can
refuse past that, across every path, not only /api/. The application's own quota
is looser (300/min on /api/v1, 60/min on the MCP server) and is what
`RateLimit-Policy` reports. A 429 with an HTML body and no `code` is the edge,
not this API — check `Content-Type` before decoding.

## Errors

JSON always, `application/json`: a top-level `message` plus the RFC 9457
members `type`, `title`, `status`, `detail`, `code`, `hint`, `docs`. Branch on
`code`.
