Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the assigned accounts. Monthly customer feedback.
- You will be an expert in the use of our platform. You will plan commercial actions that increase the income of clients.
- Identify new business opportunities for customers. Cross Sell / Up Sell.
- Early detection of possible customer cancellations.
- Relieving customer needs and generating possibilities for improvement of our solution
- Build long-term relationships with customers, provide a strategic vision of the business and increase customer satisfaction with our solution.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience in account manager functions, preferably in Saas model companies.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Accustomed to being evaluated by his objectives.
- Knowledge in electronic commerce, digital marketing and RRSS.
- Knowledge of Excel/GoogleSheets and G Suit.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organization, planning and adaptation to changes in a dynamic company.
