Many purchases are lost at the very last step. Your store can now recover them: when a reader leaves a checkout unfinished, they automatically receive a reminder email about 30 minutes later, inviting them to pick up right where they left off.

## How it works

- **Smart detection:** The system detects when a logged-in reader abandons a purchase and sends a single, well-timed reminder — never more than one per cart.
- **Purchases and subscriptions:** Works for publication purchases as well as subscription plans, each with a design of its own.
- **One-click return:** The email takes the reader straight back to checkout with their selection intact.
- **Your branding:** Emails go out with your store's name and logo, in your store's language.

No setup is required: the flow is being enabled progressively across stores.
